Orion Personal Assistant — last updated 18 September 2026
1. What this is
Orion Personal Assistant ("the application") is a private automation tool operated by and for a single individual, its owner, for their own personal use. It is not offered, licensed, or made available to any other person, and it is not a commercial product or service.
2. Who may use it
The application is used exclusively by its owner, on the owner's own devices, with the owner's own Google account. There is no registration, no third-party access, and no multi-user capability.
3. Scope of the service
The application helps the owner manage their own calendar and email by reading their own calendar and mailbox, creating calendar entries and reminders, applying labels, and preparing draft emails. It does not send email on the owner's behalf, and it does not act on behalf of any other person.
4. No warranty
The application is provided for personal use "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The owner accepts that scheduled tasks, summaries, and generated content may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect, and remains responsible for reviewing anything before acting on it.
5. Limitation of liability
Because the application is a private tool used solely by its owner, no liability is accepted toward any third party. No third party relies on this application, and no third-party service is provided through it.
6. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
